Unexpected disconnect when clicking on Vaal Side area from Kirac mission

Quest is to do Vaal Side area from Kirac on the Fields map. Did the rest of the map and the boss fine. When clicking on the portal it immediately sends me to the login screen. No loading screen or anything. Game chat shows "unexpected disconnect".
