Ultimatum Crashing after selecting a round

I have been having MANY crashes with ultimatum, and have determined its not a hardware problem, SO ill include all Skill tree info, Atlas passives, and as much info as possible: Its not consistant, not after a certain modifier, or in certain maps, entirely random but the same result a hard lock up for ALL PLAYERS IN THE INSTANCE, the instance does not reset and the map data remains when re-entering, but the ultimatum obviously ends from start to finish - 1. Click start ultimatum 2. select modifier and killing begins. 3. Within 5 seconds, hard lock up for all players no matter the distance on the entire map. 4. Booted to the Login screen with no error code. has happened 10+ times.I have pictures of all the stuff but i cant for the life of my add them here... so if more info is needed then just let me know, been happening for a few days and to everyone in my map

Edit1: after some minor digging this problem has been happening to multiple players since settlers league started and hasnt been directly addressed

Edit 2: thought i fixed it by repacking files worked for a good chunk of maps, then started happening even more. - currently testing reduced CPU usage.

Edit 3: redownloaded, played a different build and tried a ton more and have been spamming general asking if anyone else if having this problem, its really annoying. please help, ive probably lost like 50 div in disconnect during ultimatum, disheartening since my build was made for it specifically
