Failed to connect to Instance after Char transfer

Hello,

I had many years pause and started poe again ... Everything was fine until I transfered my actual playing char from SSF to Standard. I can log in but when I choose my char to get in play, it crashes with "failed to initialize Instance". I contacted support but no answer (busy with poe2?). Does any one know how and if this can be fixed without installing everything new which is extremely time robbing with the high GB.
