Please update the FAQ about the $480 to receive a key for early access

So what me and I can see alot of people are thinking the same, is that if we spend a total of $480 or more in the Path of Exile we will receive a key for the early access and according to support it seams this is not true

Let me quote the FAQ

"

As we have also announced earlier, if you've purchased a top-tier supporter pack in the past or have spent $480 USD or more in lifetime purchases in Path of Exile on a single platform, you'll automatically have access to Path of Exile 2. In this case you'll receive an email (if we have one for you) and PM on the website that lets you know that your account has had access granted. We will begin inviting players in the next two weeks. Please note that the threshold is the same for all countries and does not take regional prices into account.

What I do understand from this, and alot of other people is that if we at least spend on total of $480 or more, we will receive a key for the early access of Path of Exile II, but this is not the case, according to the support that I have contact about this and this is the anwser from them and I quote

"

I've looked into this for you and can confirm your account does not meet the lifetime support threshold unfortunately, so it will not have been granted Early Access. The lifetime support threshold is $480 USD, or equivalent, spent on an account rather than a sum of the USD prices for the purchases on the account.

So acording to the support, if we did bought a pack for $480 or more before, we would get a key ....

But in a personal opinion this is wrong ...

I have bought 8 packs:

$60 -> Elite Emberkeep Supporter Pack
$60 -> Intrepid Liege Pack
$60 -> Elite Faithsworn Pack
$60 -> Divine Benevolence Pack
$60 -> Grand Sanctum Pack
$60 -> Sentinel Overlord Pack
$60 -> Sunspire Pack
$60 -> Master Soulstealer Pack

So a total of $480 ...

All bought on PC platform? (just confirming, as purchases must be on the same platform to count).

I bought them on PC (steam)
