Hardcore New League

Reaching out to the support forum because I had taken a break. When I came back the previous Season / League had ended.

I had went through great efforts to work on my Hardcore account. When I came back I wasn't able to access none of the futures of the previous Season nor the new Season.

I would had thought that my account would be update to access the new season content without having to lose all my progress. (by lose I mean starting from 0 on the new settlers season)

Really hope I can get some help.

Click this link, uncheck hide characters tab, then click update. After that, your characters be visible to anyone on your website profile.

I'm not sure how long your break was. If you played in Settlers league, your character is still in Settlers league. If you played before Settlers league, then your character would have migrated to Standard league.

Depending on where your character is, make sure the correct filter is showing at character selection.
