Glorious Helmet and Stormstrider boots tiers are all grey and cannot unlock

I have bought Glorious Helmet and Stormstrider boots but dont know i can i unlock those tiers :( seems it is bugs.
And if i equip above helmet and boots to new characters, do i need to unlock tiers again? Last bumped on Nov 29, 2024, 10:39:47 AM
