Runesmithing table UI disappearing on mouse hover

Hello,

I did not find a similar thread on the forum so I decided to report the bug here.

Context:
I am in Necro settlers league (London Realm) with my char GiveKeyForPoEIIEApls (lvl 95).

The runesmithing table is lvl 7 and I lack the rune to make it lvl 8. When I click on the hammer to see the cost of the upgrade, the UI appears. However, as I try to hover on the upgrade button, or the required gold or rune the UI disappears. It doesn't disappear when I hover on the rest of the UI. The bug then repeats when I click again on the hammer. I do not know if I will be able to upgrade.

Specs:
OS : Windows 11 family
Processor : AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
current patch : 3.25.3b
