The key was automatically redeemed on your account. Your account has Early Access unlocked.
Purchasing an Early Access Pack for PC which includes at least one key will automatically apply the key to your account. Please note that the Steam and Epic keys in the Early Access section of your account are for unlocking the respective platform's Path of Exile 2 clients for download, they do not grant Early Access.
