How to go about account name change? Please help.

Really would like to change my account name and was wondering if there was any way of going about that? Not my character name but my actual account name connected to this website lol. Thanks guys.

Contact support@grindinggear.com with your curremt PoE account name and a 2-3 character names, also provide 2-3 new account names in order of preference incase the name you desire is taken.

Hello so i emailed them, but I haven't gotten a reply yet about my account name change. It's been a while since I emailed, what should I do in order to change my account name its quite embarrassing now. Hello when j first originally setup my account I used the wrong name and information so now my in game ps5 account and the website account are not linked since they have different information tbag doen not match. I need help resetting the online account so that I can match them and link my ps5 poe account in order tk trade and direct whisper.
