Guild hideout locked?

We were accessing our Guild hideout as early as this morning, but for some reason now it is locked displaying "To earn a personal Hideout, complete the quest "Safe and Sound" in Act 2."
We have people already completed it, including our GM, and still can't access it. Last bumped on Feb 26, 2025, 5:32:56 PM

That quest is for your personal hideout.
Not sure how to unlock a GH, I always assumed that they were bought and available once purchased. ~ There are spectacular moments.

When the lifecycle of PoE will draw to an end many years from now, there needs to be a final patch making it available offline. |
