Free Early Access key won't work on PS5

I just tried to access POE2 EA on my PS5 account after I entered the Free Early Access Key and selected PS on my POE account a few days ago. I logged in to PS5 with the same linked account and noticed I have to pay for EA :(. Does the Free EA key only work on pc?

did you get a "lifetime support key" from GGG and if so where did you spend the lifetime support? because the key will only work on the platform you "Supported" a lifetime

IF you got a free key off a friend they will only work on PC because consoles DO NOT GET FREE KEYS to give out unfortunatly so wheatever key you have is probably not valid with PS5 but defo reach out to support but they will be super busy so expect a long wait for reply

if it was a lifetime spent key support said that they are not able to exchange them for any reason

I have a similar situation, I got my access key from a friend and entered it into my account which is linked to my Sony Playstation account.
