PlayStation Store Allowed purchase of same pack twice

I was trying to download the 60$ package on two separate accounts and ended up buying the package on the same account twice :(

PlayStation Store support is being stupid saying I already downloaded the game.

Am I out 60$??

I have the same problem, i bought the same pack twice, what can i do now? My pack was 100$

I also have this issue. I bought the early access and later when I was in store it still shows 29.99$ to get the game so I thought I didn't hit the button, but in reality I did. So now I just paid twice for the same early access package，I didn't even get another 300 coins or anything.
