Bought Early Access on Playstation, does not register on my account here

My Sony account is linked to my pathofexile.com account, and I was trying to pre load the game on PC. However it shows that I did not purchase Early Access on my account, even though I did purchase it on the Playstation store, and my Sony account is linked to this account I am posting with.

" The one you bought on Playstation only works on Playstation. It's cross play but you need to buy another key/pack on PC to be able to play on PC too. |

After multiple email & Tickets to your non existent support system i came to the conclusion that your company has the WORST support system ever .You are ridiculous and you do not deserve any kind of sympathy. 1 month and you havent replied to any email or tickets and your contact phone number is always busy for some reason......My account name (Grekoatlas#0727) playstation 5 is showing only POE1 account and after linking everything to your website i still cant see my main POE2 account and trust when i say i have tried everything possible to fix it with no success ofc...No updates or information about this problem that most PSN users are having...You just don't Care. This is the last time I am sending any kind of message to you....Delete my Account so I can Finally play this game or FIX it .GREKOATLAS#0727.Nothing works so I am expecting a solution to this

To clarify, Path of Exile 2 characters do not currently show on the website.
If you wish to play early access on PC, however, you'll need to have PC access such as from redeeming a PC Early Access Key or by purchasing one of the PC Early Access Supporter Packs. We're currently handling a high volume of support inquiries, so if you've already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com then you'll need to wait for a response from the appropriate team member. I'm afraid we aren't able to handle account deletion requests via the forums. At last someone replied to me and thank you for that. So basiclly you are saying that Playstation users cannot use any kind of chat, trade,or POE website for any transactions?????
