Freythorn Boss Bug

Upon entering the last ritual altar in Freythorn, nothing is coming out. When I try to create a portal, it isn't possible because I'm supposed to be in a boss fight. The boss isn't coming out for me.

Same thing happened to me. Dying and respawning at the boss fight did not fix the issue, after clearing all the minions again the boss did not show up

But I got him to spawn by creating a new instance (Ctrl-Clicking on waypoint to get to Freythorn)

I killed the King twice and the skull icon still did not greyed out and theres plus icon on it. Why?
I heard I should get spirit reward but I think I did not. | |

The King in the Mist should drop a quest/reward item, you right-click that to get the 30 spirit.

Same here, boss never spawns.

My game crash when seeing the 1 of the rituals, now i can't login to the character, crashes right before it loads in.
