PoE2 Client not showing proper dedicated graphics card, which throttles performance

Path of Exile 2 launches with no way for me to switch to my graphics card. it defaults to AMD only. I'm on windows 11 if that helps. I can't properly run the game if I can't select the graphics card that I want.
