Bought a supporter pack and never received key

I have bought a supporter pack 3 days ago and im yet to receive the key. i talked with Xsolla and on their end the payment went through without any issues and told me to reach GGG. so the thing is i understand that the staff might be overwhelmed with everything since its was pretty chaotic launch, but i have made a purchase 3 days ago, sent email to support 3 days ago, got a reply for additional information regarding account and character names when i attached the purchase receipt...now all i have is silence, theres no reply, no adress whatsoever to people that have same or lookalike issues on the forum news. the whole reason to buy a Early access is to well play early obviously, but somehow thats not the case...which i understand, problems arise i get it, but at least send a word, it doesnt matter if its a automated reply such as ` sorry we are understaffed or working on trying to fix issues people are having `, thats the bare minimum people would expect. I took a vacation leave to be able to enjoy a game i have waited for so long and i cant play cause i bought the access but i wasnt given it. Funny thing is that despite this rant i doubt there will be any staff replies to this thread, the problem will problem be fixed eventually but at least say a word, dont leave us blinded with the issue knowing that everyone cant wait to get in

theres no need to bump they will get to you when they can.

they are flooded with account purchase issues at the moment, me included. I can't use my points or upgrade which I'm sad about, sucks even more you can't play at all... but we are all in a queue here.

I didn't even get a email to say please provide more information so your lucky to get that

I know, somehow it just feels like a stress relieving to be honest. a rant on my end. I bought an EA to play asap but i can`t play and have to watch everyone blazing maps already and that sucks, this isnt an issue on my end its an issue on GGG end, in the end its all about relieving some steam i suppose
