Missing twitch drops

I got the twitch pet but I am missing 2 drops for watching 3 hrs stream. I claimed the drops on twitch but only got the pet.

Same thing happened to me, but it must be because I couldn't properly link my PoE and PoE2 accounts to to the servers issues at launch. Waiting for news! |

The opposite happened to me.
I didn't get the pet, but the other two items. The pet is marked as redeemed like the other items, but i don't have the pet in the cosmetics. |

Mine show as entitled. I have check marks on both the flask and head attachment. But neither is showing up in game. Ps5 if that helps.
