OBS and POE2 - freezing and unresponsive

I have a very strange problem, it never occurred before, while streaming the game works fine, the problem occurs sometimes when I want to go from location to location, then there is lagging of the mouse until after 10 sec ok the mouse slows down to zero and the computer crashes. Where can I look for the cause ?
What LOGS to check and send for evaluation ?
Currently I was able to find a couple of errors in the event viewer,
“Initializing SCEP certificate registration for the element “.
“The Secure Boot update failed to update a Secure Boot variable with error “.
“The GameInput Service unexpectedly terminated. This occurred times: 6.”

System:
Windows 11, 27758.1000
Graphics 4070S, 566.26
32 RAM
Ryzen 7 3700X

This error also occurs without OBS, the error occurs only on map loading, during 6 hours of play I had 3 errors.
