Regarding the region issue when playing games on Xbox

When I log in to the game, I find that the region or access point is automatically selected. But it obviously does not select the node closest to me. I live in Japan now, but the upper right corner shows that I am connected to Texas or Amsterdam in the United States. Sometimes I am in Japan, but when I switch maps, it will become the United States, so I have to play games with high latency.
I sincerely hope that the motherboard can select the access point for the game like a PC. Or it can automatically select the nearest node with the lowest latency.
