I suspect the support team are rather busy with other urgent issues, in the meantime you could simply click the logout button as a workaround.

OP needs to email support with their account name and the names of several recent characters. Keep in mind that if you have a change of heart you will need to re-purchase the game(stashtabs). Did this a long time ago in PoE1.
