Early access on Epic Games

A few days ago, a friend gave me their extra key for POE 2 on Epic, which I redeemed successfully. At the time, the pre-download worked without any issues.

However, now that I'm trying to connect my Epic account with POE to log in and play, the game no longer appears in the Epic Store. Instead, I see a message saying, "This content is currently unavailable in your platform or region." This doesn't make sense, especially since I have already downloaded the base game.

Has anyone else encountered this issue and managed to resolve it?
(For additional context, I am also seeing the “no access” pop-up when I try to proceed.)

Same here. No support reply at all. I had sent a couple of email about this but no reply at all.

Same on my end. I sent an email that eventually bounced back because they are being flooded with requests it seems :(.

O mesmo aqui, antes o jogo path of exile 2 aparecia normalmente na epic games, mas agora o jogo ficou bloqueado e não consigo efetuar a compra. Região Brasil.

Same issue with me. Send response to support on Dec 24 with info regarding my key and account but no follow up from them yet.
