Any chance for support?
I’m reaching out here because I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with support for weeks without a response. I have two accounts: a non-Steam account from 2013 and a more recent Steam-linked account. When I backed for Early Access with a significant support package, I didn’t realize it would attach to my non-Steam account.
Now, I can’t access Early Access through Steam because my accounts are linked incorrectly. I’ve repeatedly asked support to disassociate my Steam account so I can connect it properly, but they haven’t responded. Has anyone else experienced this, or know of a better way to reach support?
