Act 2 - Keth Stairs Loading CRASH

I enter the stairs of Keth in act 2 and my game crashed and after logging again the game keep crashing.

The main area of Keth are OK, and other areas around too, is just the instance of the stairs.

I'm experiencing the same thing with my level 24 character. I entered the Stairs at Keth. Now I cannot load into this character regardless of whether I use Vulkan or DirectX 12. When this happened in Act 1 with Hunting Grounds and Mud Burrow, I just needed to swap back and forward between the two as a work around. This work around does not work for the Stairs at Keth.
