When MTXs will be enabled ?

Absolutly all of my mtx, except 3 helms, and 1 pet, are unavailable. I know GGG said not a lot of mtx will be available at start, so how much before we can use them ?

didn't they take extra 3 weeks to work on this...90% of my mtx cannot be used atm
