Bought 300 Coins thinking I could get the Starter pack.. I was wrong

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this but when I sent an email to the support account it came back as undeliverable?

I bought 300 coins in error thinking that it was needed for the pack as they were both 30 dollars. I now have 300 coins and no pack :(.

Is there a way to rectify this without me having to do some sort of refund/chargeback?

Again sry if this is not meant to be posted here. Please point me to the right spot if so.

Support may help you with that, they are busy as hell right now I don't doubt.
