Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. What ??

Hi, i have my order number and Path of Exile 2 Steam Client Key and above the steam client key it says to me "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access." How is that possible?
I bought "King of the Faridun Supporter Pack" .

I already played the game for 8 Lv Sorceress. And now cant even log-in because my key is missing. I already contact to support like 7 hours ago but still no response. Also it seems i have 2 account in this account. One from steam auto-account and one from my own created account. I would like to continue with my own created account, why i cant simply just delete the other one ??

my problem EXACTLY,

played till level 5 and now i dont have access anymore, i understand thats early access and its been day 2 only, but bought access to play over the weekend and im unable to do so.

whats worst theres no communication from devs about this issue that affects ALOT of people. they could at least let us know whether it is worth it to wait for it...

I already opened 2 ticket on e-mail, trying to message support from this website and trying to get an answer from here. Still no answer from any of them and this situation becoming more and more frustrating. And having no answer for this is even more frustrating.
i feel like this might be the issue, two accounts under one email after steam created another one...

still awaiting any response.

Hi there, just to post some clarification on the more common issues surrounding not having access to Path of Exile 2:

Players who have purchased an Early Access key and are still experiencing access issues may need to look into their Connections Page to ensure everything is correctly linked.

If you log into your account on our website via Steam or Epic Games, you may need to link an Email address to your account. If you are waiting to receive an email code from us to link your email with your account, the team is aware of the delays associated with these emails and are working hard to get them out to you as soon as possible.

If you log into your account on our website via Email and Password, and you have purchased PoE2 through Steam or Epic Games, you may need to make sure the correct Steam / Epic Games account is linked on your Connections page.

Once you have successfully linked your Email and Steam/Epic Games if necessary, navigate to the Early Access Page of your account and make sure it confirms your Path of Exile account has got Early Access.

If this has been successful, it should say "Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access Thank you for your (or your benevolent friend's) support!". If this is the case and you're still unable to get it running properly on Steam/Epic, you may be able to log into our Standalone Client as a temporary measure until we're able to respond to your ticket.

If you are still running into issues after trying the above steps, or if you have already linked an incorrect email address or steam account, you will have to contact us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this for you. I have he same problem. I already played the game for about 30 hours. I also cannot rebuy the game (for coins) because the Xsolla system also blocked me. I get the error code 3032.
Currently my account cannot log in to poe 2, I bought Path of Exile 2 Early Access key on a instant-gaming,played the game for 41,5hours,BribeToday when I logged in, the account reported "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access a friend who has a spare key or purchase now"
