Locked out of character: Loading Screen Freeze

Hey, on series X and while I was in mausoleum of the praetor the game crashed. Now every time I try to load in with the character the loading screen freezes indefinitely and I cannot access my character. Huge bummer… I tested and created a new character and was able to log in with them fine, but can’t access my main. Hoping to resolve this, created an account just to report this issue.
