Graphic Issue? pls help

Hey All

I have a pretty decent spec PC but this is how my game looks:

Anyone can share some insight as to why this is? I'm not really getting FPS / ping lag, it's just that the game looks so pixalated compared to some gameplay vids I see online.

there's no antialiasing it looks like.

try FSR for upscale mode and then right under put "no upscale (native AA)"

thats what got me the best looking lines on the login screen anyways.
everything else made jaggies or flashing textures on roof tiles.

weird that some AMD technology gives best results even on an nvidia card.
