Vendor Recipes?

Just wanted to confirm if I can, vendor recipes are gone, right?

I am looking for info all over, but it is sparse and pulling up POE 1 stuff and unanswered questions from before.

The baseline is, should I just be selling everything, or are there items I need to hold onto for whatever recipe.

With vendors not having a barter window to stack things in, I assume there is not a way, unless maybe in the disenchanting only (which means only magic plus based recipes).

There could be an item in the later part of the game I have not gotten to yet though, like an altar or horadric cube or whatever.

Figured I should just ask here.

It’s been confirmed there was a recipe to make the all resistance base amulet using 3 bases of each different resistance type of the same rarity.
