Bug portal map

Hello,
With my new caracter in the settlers event. When i start a map my session crash when i enter it. I get kicked to the login screen and a message popped with : an unxepected disconnection occurred. I tried to change to DirectX11 DirectX12 and Vulcan, i tried to reinstall the game with the launcher and steam but the problem is still remain. I can't run any map and don't know what to do.
