POE1 Account and POE2 Account Sync Issue: Stash Tabs and Points Not Transferred

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased Path of Exile 2 (POE2) on Steam and successfully linked it to my Path of Exile 1 (POE1) account. However, I’ve encountered some issues with syncing, and I’m hoping someone can help me resolve this.

Here are the details of the problem:

Stash Tabs Not Synced: The stash tabs I own in POE1 have not been transferred to POE2. After linking the accounts, I expected my stash tabs to appear in POE2, but they are missing.
Points Not Synced: I also purchased 300 points along with POE2, but these points do not seem to be showing up in my account. I’ve checked both POE1 and POE2, but the points are not available in either game.
I’ve tried the following steps to resolve the issue, but nothing has worked so far:

Ensured that my POE1 account is correctly linked to my POE2 account.
Restarted both the game and the Steam client multiple times.
Checked for any updates or announcements regarding account sync issues.
If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows how to fix this, I’d greatly appreciate your advice! Additionally, if this is a known bug or requires intervention from support, please let me know how I can contact the appropriate team for assistance.

Same issue steam account and poe standalone account are linked but my steam poe2 character has none of the mtx / stash tabs I have on my poe standalone account

I am having this exact same issue

You have then made 2 accounts, and 1 has all your previous transactions and the other one is "empty".
You should be able to swap between them, on the website and IG.
If you can switch between the 2 accounts when logged then they are considered as subaccounts probably. In that case, you can launch the game and switch subaccounts In Game (same as on the website) to select the one with all your microtransactions and play from there.

Hope it will work for you, otherwise need to wait like most of us, and with their email system bugged/full. (4days+ and still waiting for myself for an unlink basic feature...)
