High GPU usage

The following problem, as soon as I start PoE 2, the GPU load goes directly to 99% or 100% while the FPS remains constant at 50 FPS. No matter what I set whether low or high settings, DX 12 or Vulkan, NiS or DLSS, full screen or window, the GPU stays at 99% or 100% load and the FPS continues to be constant at 50 FPS. Playing is therefore not possible at release! It also feels very spongy and delayed. Looked directly at what could be done, but no solution found. This morning then uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Config briefly set the most important thing, suddenly it worked. No more problems. Tonight then started again and directly again the problems as before the evening! Already looked over Windows that the right graphics card is preferred, settings nothing changed to this morning, the problems are constantly back! Again, the high load on the GPU. The ingame graph and Nvidia show 99% or 100% constant and a MS of 30 or more for the graphics card! And constantly 50 FPS again as if they were locked.

The game is played on Windows 11, a Ryzen 7600, an RTX 4070 Super and 32 GB of DDR 5 RAM. All drivers up-to-date.
I don't think it's the computer either, because all other games such as Diablo 4, Helldivers 2, The Division 2, Marvel Rivals and so on all run without any problems.

I have exactly the same issue. Different PC specs, but same GPU Utilization issue. Waiting for GGG to get back to me still. Have you gotten any insight?

Simply refund. You can't do anything better!

It's just not worth installing something like that!

ive had the same issue the only temporary fix is restarting my pc which is something we shouldn't have to do just to play a game

Solution for me at least:
Only having this issue on POE2, POE1 and other games run fine and this issue only started some time after Monday.
Tried every possible fix mentioned throughout various posts about this issue until last option was to update BIOS. I was only 1 version out of date and the latest (F12) didn't appear a critical one according to what I have read.
However, flashed to F12, and GPU load is as expected (~60%) at 120fps using directx12.

same, had this issue since launch.
mysteriously, worked fine for me yesterday on vulkan (stable ~100fps, no drops). went to bed, shut down and today its back to 50fps an stutters/massive fps drops. didnt change any settings
