The Lost Lute bug

Currently in Una's hut, but the lute box is open and empty. Unable to find the lute.

Same here can’t complete. Won’t allow me to use the book of Specialisation. Says “the operation could not be completed. Also can’t remove the item from my inventory.

In town it did not work for me.

Game had a lag spike or something similar when turning in the quest. Now it says "speak to Una for a reward" but I don't have the lute anymore she is currently playing it. Can't finish the quest.
