POE2 - Can't use "Book of Specialization" (Solved)

Hey there.

Finished a sidequest near the end of act II, the one with the letter.

Got a Book of Specialization from Shambrin as a reward,
when I try to use it however it gives me an error:
"Failed to use item: The operation could not be completed."

Is there a limit on how many books one can use?
Because all the book does right now is taking up 4 slots in my inventory and I can't store it in the stash either. :(

EDIT:
Solved by using the method used for the same issue in the "Lute quest"
Left the town/hub and was able to use the book!

Just completed this quest and getting the same
"Failed to use item: The operation could not be completed."
Can't use It, stash It, or destroy It.
