When i use any orb to augment my item or any consumable quest item it gives me this error -> Failed to use item: This operation could not be completed.

the fix is -> i deleted my path of exile 2 folder in my \AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile 2 |

it came back deleting is not fixing it anymore for some reason |

Having same issue. However, I can not complete a quest now as well. The Lost Lute because the game refuses to allow me to right click the item. I have deleted appdata folder nothing. I ran integrity check on steam as well. Next step is uninstall/reinstall.
