Going to red vale, kicks me out of game

i made a new alt went through the story, went to red vale and it would not let me into the zone, it just closed the game, i then rolled another alt just to see and it did the same thing, then i tried to go there with my higher leveled character and that kicked me out too, now all my characters are stuck and i cant log in the game, i am verifying my steam files now

Same thing is happening to me, did you fix it somehow?

For me, whenever I try to enter the red vale the game just keeps loading forever
