Increased stun threshold while on full life get you stunned 24/7

The title. My friend was having issue saying he was getting stunned every single hit. Our trouble shooting came down to discover that nodes that says "increased stun threshold while on full life" somehow bring your stun threshold to 0 and makes every single hits stuns you. He was not CI or anything special. He also claim that he was taking increasing amount of damage with those node allocated.

I've taken some passive nodes that increase my stun threshold as well and it seems to be backwards. I getting perma stunned now and take so much more dmg.

I'm pretty sure its affecting Monsters too, because i'm perma stunning every bosses with Boneshatter
