Broken NPC Feature

i was thinking it was odd that when talking to npcs the dialogue options youve already heard aren't grayed out, but then saw on PC it does indeed gray out the dialogue with people after you hear them once. dont know if this is a bug technically or not implemented on the console build yet? but would love to see that added soon cause its kind of annoying having to double check the npc convos all the time.

I love returning to NPCs after each quest and reading fresh dialogue. This bug makes it very annoying.
