Game freezes when a Youtube Video is open on second screen

Hi

I have two screens, one for playing games and one for youtube, discord, spotify etc. Now to my problem. When i open PoE 2 while a youtube video is paused or running on my second screen my entire pc freezes up and i cant do anything anymore. Not even Alt + F4. It only happens when i want to play PoE 2 so i think it is a problem with PoE 2. Just wanted to let you know if someone had the same problem as me or if im the first

Same crap happens to me.
Just randomly freezes. Cursor moves a bit after the freeze but than completely stops. Powering off my pc os the only option from here.
Freezes with media player as well, so i guess it's some kind of conflict between how POE and video stream uses GPU resources.
CPU 5800x, GPU 3080ti 16gb ram, dx12
Trying with vulkan now
