Unstable ping on moscow server POE2

It's impossible to play; the ping jumps from 50 to 1000, and the issue is not with my provider. Any other games have a stable 80-100 without any spikes, but specifically in POE2, the Moscow server makes it completely unplayable, especially considering that the game pauses as soon as the ping hits 100+.

The same situation. Have to chose Amsterdam instead, but it's kinda ping 100 by default for me. Really awful.

Same. Some days it's completely fine, latency is about 80-90, but sometimes it starts jump like crazy. Right now hot this problem again :(

Guys please, fix the ping issue, i´m having 50 to 1300 ms and it is not my ISP it´s the game, i know it´s full of people playing but these ping jumps are making the game unplayable for me and many other people.
