PoE does not recognize my purchase

I bought normal package at first from Steam and refunded to buy King of the Faridun Supporter Pack. But now I can't use the previous key, does not have the new package key and website says:

Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now.


I can see my transaction history and I have the message says I bought the package and have order number.

Could you check my account please?

I even have 1000 shop currency from supporter package.
