PoE2 Steam Key cannot be redeemed

Hi, I currently live in South Korea and I have my steam account location set as South Korea which makes it impossible to redeems PoE 2 key.
On the other hand, I usually play PoE 1 from the client that I download on this website and I play on Japanese servers. Is there a possibility to play PoE 2 with this set up? Is there another point of access to PoE 2 client that is not steam, for example?


Edit: It appears that I should just download PoE1 client and there will be an option to play PoE2 through it?

Edit2: apparently there is a separate website for PoE2, found it.
