Barya for trials deleted themselves

My balbala barya AND my bone pit (forgot the name) barya both deleted themselves. I entered the trials through a waypoint and the balbala one was gone. slotted the new one, died in a trial, was revived at the entrance on the trial and my new one also vanished.
Not in my stash, not in the ritual chest, nowhere.
I tried killing balbala again to see if she'd drop a new one but nope.
This bug is insanely destructive. I don't even want to play the game anymore, I feel like my character is ruined.
I already sent an email to support but just in case my character is Kizylle. I hope staff spawns both of them back in my inventory and checks out the bug. it is soul-crushing to have happen to your character that late in the game.

Same here. did you get it sorted? i can't progress

I also have the same issue with the quest Ascent to Power. the boss didn't drop the balbala barya. therefore I cannot progress further. Please help look into my account to fix the problem.
