Window of Opportunity Support Gem not improving damage

Hello! My first bug report. I didn't see anyone else list this one yet:

The support gem Window of Opportunity is correctly decreasing the window of opportunity for a perfectly timed attack, but it is not increasing the damage.

My scenario:
I have Perfect Strike equipped (which is listed as compatible, as expected). I charged up the attack against a boss and did ~500 damage. After I died because I didn't have enough damage, I found and equipped Window of Opportunity to it.

When equipping the support gem, the sheet DPS did not change, unlike with every other compatible support gem installment (I used Fire Infusion and Concentrated Effect, and both changed listed values in the windows). No number change for WoO though.

Next time fighting the boss with only WoO equipped, I was still dealing ~500 damage, but the Perfect Strike was much harder to hit.

Posting to say that I'm experiencing this same issue, and this is the only place I've seen it mentioned too.
