Cursor at top left or right corners disables skills

You can't use ANY skills while your cursor is in the vincinty of the top left or right corners of the screen. Area is about 1-1/2 inch square, but not square-shaped. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a "feature". But if it's a feature, it's a horrible one and needs to be changed. It's not at all uncommon that you want to target one of these areas.

The exact same thing is happening to me.

- No overlay program is open (exiled exchange etc.)
- No fps counter is enabled.
- Still happens when I switch into windowed mod, lower the resolution and, carry the game window somewhere else on the screen.
- Only happens in POE2
- When I press windows key and open the Start menu my cursor turns back to the game's and I can interact with things over that area. After I interach with something and close the Start menu the problem appears aga

I got the same issue and it also happen on other game. It seems the discord overlay was messing up. Problem solved after I disable discord overlay on discord setting.

This is not a discord issue; I don't have discord.

This is a path of exile 2 issue. Corners of screens don't let you use skills, attacks, or dodge rolls.

OP here. Like previous commenter said, it's a POE 2 issue. I don't have discord or any other program other than internet browser running in background.
