Purchased Finisher Cosmetics For POE2 But They Don't Exist

Hello, I purchased a Black Hole finisher in the website's shop, believing it would exist in POE2. Turned out that it doesn't exist, and since I thought I just failed to purchase it, I bought it again.

Not sure why it's possible to buy a cosmetic twice, but would it be possible to refund the coins for these 2 unusable items?
