Unable to buy from finn

Title says it all. I was able to buy from him earlier. I went from act 2 to act 1 and none of his items will go into mine. Other vendors work just fine though. Relog and closing the game haven't worked.

Also experiencing this now. For clarity, I'm trying trying to gear up for the act II finale (Because useful gear doesn't drop), and I managed to buy about 6 helmets and then that was it. You click the item you want, the transaction sound plays, but there is no movement of gold.

Also getting this after rolling septre's..

Getting the same problem. I’m a lvl 4 witch in Act 1. I could buy from him and now whenever I try a purchase it just makes a gold jingle sound but never buys anything nor does it remove gold from me.

My Observations
I noticed in the bottom right of Finn's inventory window there's a coin-purse icon with it showing "0/100".

I go to hover over it and it says the following:

"

The vendor has limited stock. More stock is acquired by killing Unique Monsters, up to the given limit.

The Problem
Here's the problem, I've been unable to buy things from Finn since mid-Act 2, I'm now late into Act 3, and have DEFFINATELY killed a plethora of Unique monsters. So wtf?

I thought I was the only one running into this problem.... PoE, please fix!
