i have killed balbala 2 times and full cleared the traitors passage but it didn't come out to be accomplished

The quest is bugged, I can't gain my third ascention node |

I think I died when I killed Baba and the coin disappeared, only guessing. I cannot obtain the quest items needed to complete the Cruel Act 2 or 3 Ascent to Power after multiple boss kills.
