MoM 1,5k hp + mana one shot Zalmarath
Hey, I wonder if it's just my bad luck and it was a crit maybe, but during Zalmarath fight I didn't take alot of damage. I have MoM. I had 1k mana + 500hp, most of the time I ran 80%-100% mana without any critical moment in the fight. Even with big attacks I wasnt even half mana down. But when he was around 15% hp he slammed me with a drag sword and it was out of nowhere and killed me in one shot. I was at full mana and hp. resistances around 40-50%. Is it normal? Because I could tank everything in game so far, even with bosses and I was really paying attention using dodge rolls. And I tried it second time because my HC char died so I figured out what was that. BUt the next time I killed him and was hit multiple times with sword but it really didnt took me that much damage this time.

yep, slams 1 shotting you is pretty normal, you need to dodge roll them.
and your thread title is misleading, it's 500 hp, with some damage reistance through mana absorb, not 1.5k |

You could have gotten crited, i had a similar setup when i fough him and one time he one shot me whit the slam and the other time he didn't even get pass all my mana whit a direct slam hit.

" I counted both mana and hp since I'm MoM which is 100% of damage goes to mana first. So 1k mana and 500k hp which is 1,5k total life |

Yea must be it, because next time I fought him he didn't do much damage to me
Oh and I forgot I'm infernalist, got 20% redirect to my hound. Wonder how much of a hit was that so I can prepare better somehow. Because took me like 15hrs to got to him with safe progress in HC :-D Last edited by lukaskodlos#7714 on Dec 8, 2024, 7:17:16 PM

" Careful with how you write this. You need to dodge roll OUT of slams. Since this is not dark souls and you do not get iframes for everything, and slams will hit you during a roll. |
