POE 2 - Cast on Freeze + Cold Snap

When you use the combinaison "Cast on Freeze" With "Cold Snap" you can't freeze monster anymore.

The first freeze will trigger cold snap and then there is no more freeze build-up happening on the monsters. (i think it worked before previous patch.)

I have the same issue

I just started having this issue this morning. I didnt see this on the 10th till very late evening and this morning I had removed the gem and put it back in for some reason and then it stopped working as it did before. Behav. is similar as below. No freeze, no stacks built.
